Liberator House is conveniently located adjacent to Prestwick Airport Terminal.
The location is easy to access by car and public transport and is well placed for those travelling from all parts of Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and Glasgow.
Getting here...
By Car:
(Southbound from Glasgow on A79)
Just before the pedestrian bridge over the A79 and the Airport roundabout, turn left off the A79 into the airport business park (signed Freight Centre 2).
Head through the gates and turn right after the security cabin. At the security boom say you are visiting me. You will be given free access. Follow the road around toward the airport.
Liberator House is at the end on your left, last building before the terminal building. Visitor parking is free and directly outside.
(Northbound from Prestwick Town)
After the airport roundabout carry on the A79 - past the train station/pedestrian bridge - then shortly after take the slip road on your right. Cross the dual carriageway and enter the gates. Follow the steps above from this point.
Parking
Visitor parking is at the front of the building and also on the righ hand side on the approach to Liberator House. Dedicated disabled parking spaces are available directly adjacent to the entrance. Access to the entrance door is via a wide accessability ramp with handrails or two small steps.
By Public Transport:
Train:
The nearest train station is Prestwick Airport.
Bus:
The nearest bus stop is Prestwick Airport with bus stops for both directions on A79.
If you are arriving by train or bus on the train station side, use the pedestrian bridge to cross the road. This brings you into the airport terminal building and the escelator to the ground floor. Take the nearest exit out the front of the building and you will see Liberator House on your right.
When you arrive...
Door entry system:
Dial 1021 and press 'call'. I will answer and activate the door to let you in.
Please come in and take a seat in the reception area located within the entrance hallway. I will let you know when I’m ready for you and show you in.
Entry to the clinic is through the double doors straight ahead from the entrance hall.
Toilets:
Gents toilets are located in the entrance hallway, straight ahead as you come in. The ladies/accessible toilets are through the double doors straight ahead from the entrance hall and to the left a little way down the corridor.
Treatment room:
There are chairs in the treatment room for you and for any persons accompanying you in your session.
There will be low volume relaxing music playing in the room but I’m happy to turn it off if you prefer not to have it on.
There is no harsh lighting in the room, it’s lit with natural light from the window and low brightness floor lamps.
